I have tried Kimi K2 Thinking in Claude code. And yes, it is a beast. It performs nearly as well as Claude 4.5 Sonnet Thinking. And even a little bit faster with good understanding of the code base. And outstanding logic. PS creative writing is also not compromised along with excellent role play.
